Place: Hiroshima University, Higashi-Hiroshima and JICA, Tokyo
JICA training for FY2023 was held, which was our first face-to-face training since COVID2019.
A total of 16 trainees came to Japan from a total of 14 countries: Ukraine, Pakistan, Mozambique, Bangladesh, Lesotho, Cambodia, Philippines, Ethiopia, Ghana, Zambia, Rwanda, Senegal, Sri Lanka, and Papua New Guinea. They spent two weeks in Higashi-Hiroshima, two weeks in Tokyo, and successfully completed one-month training period.
We hope that the trainees will take back what they learned from this training and contribute to the further development of education in their own countries.
